Tuna Casserole
Submitted by: BUSYWIFEANDMOMIntroduction
I've always used elbow macaroni for my tuna casserole. I used to put some lite ranch dressing in, but it really increased the soium content, so I now use lite sour cream along with a bit of dill weed (adjust to your liking). Between that and the Mrs. Dash it seems to season it up perfectly. You can omit the cheese: Calories-296.2; sodium-432.3; fat-4.1 I've always used elbow macaroni for my tuna casserole.
