Ingredients

2 T oil
1.5 c chopped bell peppers
1 medium onion chopped
1 lb beef stew meat
1.5 T Hungarian paprika
1/2 t caraway seeds
2 c tomato juice
1/2 lb green beans, cut into 1 inch lengths
Directions
Saute beef in oil until brown. Add onions, pepper. Add paprika, caraway, and tomato juice. Add all to slow cooker and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours. Halfway through cooking, add string beans.
