Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
    *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Garlic Sauce 2 Tablespoons
    *Whole Wheat Flour, .25 cup
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut Chicken breast into strips
Coat chicken strips with flour and spices combined
place chicken in hot oil cook until no longer pink
add frozen vegetables deglaze pan with soy sauce.
Cook until veggies are crisp tender and add garlic sauce at very end.
Serve over rice
