Beef Stir Fry

Beef stir fry I make, using cut up stew meat, fresh veggies, a bag of Kroger Stir Fry with noodles and Kroger Stir fry seasoning mix (made with soy sauce, sugar and water). I use around 2/3-3/4lb of beef to cut down on cost and add in extra veggies so that there is enough to feed my family of 6. Ingredients

2/3 to 3/4 lb of finely cut stew meat
1-1 1/2 c fresh cut veggies (broccoli, caulifower, green pepper...or whatever you have on hand)
1 bag of Kroger Stir fry veggies w/ noodles
1 pkt of Kroger Stir Fry seasoning mix
2 T soy sauce
2 t sugar
1/3 c water
2 T veg. oil
Directions
1. Prep fresh vegetables.
2. Blend seasoning,soy sauce, sugar and water; set aside
3.In a lg skillet/wok, heat oil. Add meat and stir fry until brown.
4. Add in vegetables (both fresh and bagged). Stir fry.
5. Add in seasoning mixture. Stir fry 1 min. or until thickened.
Makes about 6 servings about a cup each. I have mine over brown rice, hubby and the kids have it with white rice.
