Ingredients

2 cups flax meal
1 TBS baking powder
1 tsp Salt
5 beaten eggs
1/3 cup pumpkin (canned)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup splenda
Directions
Preaheat oven to 350 degrees. place a piece of parchment paper covering the bottom of a cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients and spread on the cookie sheet. Bake about 20 minutes until it springs back when touched.
