158 grams of firm Tofu (2 servings of Nasoya firm) cubed
1/2 C snow peas
8 baby carrots
2 celery stalks, sliced
4 Tbsp light preservative free soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
To prepare the stir fry:
Cut the tofu into cubes
rinse off the snow peas
count out the baby carrots, appx 8 and chop them
slice two medium celery stalks
Heat one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in sauce pan (you can substitute with sesame oil)
Once the oil is hot, add the tofu. After a few minutes, add the veggies. Next, toss and stir the sesame seeds into the stir fry, continue to stir and then add the soy sauce.
