Ingredients

    1 lbs Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots)
    2 1/4 cups Wild Rice, raw
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup,
    1 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat,
    1 cup Romano Cheese,
    1 lb Ground Turkey,
    1 cup Milk, 2%,
    6 tsp Garlic,
    1 can Mushrooms,

Directions

cook wild rice as per package. brown groundy Turkey and drain. Mix every thing else together and pour in baking dish at 350. for 30 min untill bubble and heated tru.
