My sister gave me this recipe. Not the healthiest, but super easy for those busy weeknights. I find it to be very filling plus, it is even better reheated the next day! My sister gave me this recipe. Ingredients

    1lb Ground beef, lean
    1cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    .5cup Milk, nonfat
    1can corn, drained
    1can Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    .5bag tater tots, partially thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350deg.

Brown hamburger, drain.

Mix with all other ingredients in a 2qt casserole dish.

Bake covered for 45min.
