IntroductionMy version of a Smoothie found on Womens Health Magazine.com. My version of a Smoothie found on Womens Health Magazine.com.
1/2 Ripe Banana.
2 C. Frozen, UnSweetened Strawberries.
1 tsp. Ground Flax Seed.
1 tsp. Honey.
1 C. Low Sugar/Fat Vanilla Soy Milk.
3 Ice Cubes, if needed to thicken.
3 Tbsp., Arizona Diet Green Tea with Gingseng.
Add all of the liquids and pulse or blend until desired consistency. Serve immediately or may be kept in the freezer in an air tight container.
