1 8oz can - crushed pineapple (juice strained from can)
1 - mango, peeled and diced
2 - kiwis, peeled and diced
1/4 c - red onion, diced fine
1 - lime, juiced
2 T - cilantro, chopped
2 T - jalapeno pepper, diced fine (optional)
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cayanne Powder
Directions
In a bowl, combine pineapple, mango, kiwis, red onion, lime, cilantro & jalapeno pepper. If prefered, add garlic powder, onion powder and cayanne powder to taste.
