Italian Sausage Soup

Introduction

This is delicious on a cold winter night! This is delicious on a cold winter night!

Ingredients

    1 lb Italian Sausage Turkey - browned
    1 Large Onion chopped
    2 Medium Zucchini sliced
    1 large can Stewed Tomatoes
    3 Large Potatoes sliced thinly
    116 oz Beef Broth

Directions

Brown sausage - add onion and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients - bring to a boil - simmer for approx 1 hour or until all vegetables are cooked well. Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
