Directions

This recipe makes 7 burritos which is 7 servings. Each burrito is 8 weight watchers points.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine browned ground beef, beans, cheese, onions, green peppers, salsa and taco seasoning.
Tear off a square of aluminum foil large enough to center a tortilla on.
Center a tortilla on the square of foil and then put 1/2 cup of the burrito filling in the center of the tortilla. Fold burrito style and then fold the aluminum foil over and seal ends. Do not wrap tightly! They need to be aluminum foil pockets so the heat can distribute through the burritos.
Repeat for the other tortillas with the rest of the filling.
Put the foil packets on a large cookie sheet and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with fat free sour cream and fresh guacamole.

  • You don't metion how large the tortillas are. Are these the little ones (like for soft tacos) or are they they actual burrito sized? I ended up using the burrito sized 96% fat free, and they turned out fabulous! - 5/28/10
