Single serving Venison & onion quiche

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    **Small amount (approximately 1 oz) of left over venison - cooked

    ** 2 eggs

    ** splash of milk (just about 1tbsp to make eggs fluffy)

    ** approx 2 tsp of cheddar cheese shredded (to top quiche)

    ** 1 tbsp chopped onions

    ** garlic powder & black pepper to taste

    ** PAM spray for pan (small glass pyrex dish)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350C

Spray glass baking dish (Small pyrex round dish) with PAM non-stick spray

beat eggs, milk & spices together with a fork

Pour mixture into pan

mix in meat & onions

bake until center is no longer runny (should be fluffy like scrambled eggs)- check periodically so you do not over cook!

Remove from oven & top with cheddar

Allow to cool & serve
