Panko ranch tilapia

Introduction

Tilapia fillets are spread with an olive oil/ranch dressing mix/parmesan cheese paste, then lightly breaded in panko and baked. Tilapia fillets are spread with an olive oil/ranch dressing mix/parmesan cheese paste, then lightly breaded in panko and baked.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 4oz Tilapia Filets
    1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
    4 tbls Olive Oil
    2 tbls grated parmesan cheese
    1 cup Panko
    1 tbl butter melted

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350

mix the dressing mix, olive oil, and parmesan cheese to create a thin paste -- add water if necessary to thin it out.

Brush the tilapia filets with the mix and dredge in the panko crumbs.

Place the breaded filets on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the melted butter on top of the filets.

Bake for 30 mins

Makes 4 servings.
