Lemon ginger dressing

Introduction

A bit spicy, great for noodles, as a marinade or salad dressing! A bit spicy, great for noodles, as a marinade or salad dressing!

Ingredients

    3/4 tsp cayenne
    grated zest of one lemon
    1 inch section of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
    3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients except oils. Add oil slowly using a blender or food processor. I keep mine in the fridge in a cruet. Awesome on salads or noodles ans makes a great marinade! Adapted from simplyrecipes.com-a FANTASTIC resource for wonderful recipes! Makes 8-2 tbsp servings or 1 cup.
