One Serving Microwave Chocolate Cake

Submitted by: STRATCAT45

Introduction

The original recipe comes in at over 700 calories!!! I found a recipe that used applesauce in place of the oil. I lightened it further using skim milk, egg substitue and sweet n' low. Came out very moist and I dusted the top with 10x sugar for the little "extra", though whipped cream or a little bit of icing would be good also...or you may enjoy just plain! Not something for everyday, but definately worth it if you just have that craving that won't go away! The original recipe comes in at over 700 calories!!! • The chocolatey taste in this was not very strong. I was disappointed. I would need a lot of topping to make this more acceptable. I do like how it is lowfat, which was the appeal for me. Thanks for submitting. - 10/12/12
