Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 3 oz (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    La Tortilla Factory, Large Original Low Carb Tortilla, 3 serving (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)

Directions

Chop celery, onion and lettuce. Mix in one can tuna. Stir. Mix in 1/2 TBSP EVOO. Divide mixture into three tortillas.
