Healthy mashed potatoes Healthy mashed potatoes
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Red Potato, 1360 grams
    * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    * Milk, 2%, .25 cup

Directions

Boil un-peeled potatoes...just take off any bad spots or eyes. When potatoes are fork tender, drain and mash together with milk and butter.

Makes 6 servings.

Mashed potatoes don't have to be full of unhealthy calorie rich fat to be delicious!!
