Ingredients

    4 eggs, scrambled
    3 tbsp non-dairy creamer
    2 cups pepper & onion stirfry mix
    1 tbsp margarine
    4 slices of tomato quarters

Directions

First, fry the pepper stirfry in the margarine. When they've lost most of their moisture, add the scrambled egg mixture. Cook until done.
