Ingredients



    * *Chick Peas, 2 cup
    * Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    * *Potato, raw, 2 large
    * Baby Carrots, raw, 10
    * Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled
    * Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Mock Chicken Seasoning 2 TBS

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a large soup pot. Bring to a boil and then let simmer on low for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.

Makes 8- 2 cup servings
