Rachele's Crockpot Chicken Chili

Ingredients

18 oz -- Boneless, skinless, chicken breast
2 tbsp -- Chili powder
14.5 oz (1 can)-- Diced Tomatoes
15.5 oz (1 can)-- Chili Beans
15 oz (1 can) -- Del Monte Savory Sides, Rio Grande Vegetable
Directions
Place frozen or thawed chicken into crockpot (frozen takes longer to cook). Add chili powder to chicken. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Add other ingredients, continue to cook until chicken is easily pulled or cut apart (cook on LOW for remaining 7 hours, or continue to cook on high for a quicker meal). Cooking times vary between 5 hours to 8 hours depending on crockpot settings and whether or not the chicken is thawed.
Goes great with corn bread muffins!
