22.5 sheets Low-Fat Graham Crackers
3.25 C. Skim Milk (divided)
2 ea. 1.34 oz. GV sugar free French Vanilla pudding mix
1 ea. 8 oz. fat free Cream Cheese
1 ea. 8 oz. fat free Whipped Topping
2 Tbsp. Light Margarine
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
1 C. Splenda (equal measure for baking)
Melt the Chocolate in a medium saucepan. Add 1/4 C. Skim milk, the honey, margarine and Splenda and beat until smooth. Spread over the top layer of Graham Crackers and chill for 4 hours. Makes 15 nice size servings.
