Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked broccoli, finely chopped in food processor
    1/2 cup cooked cauliflower, finely chopped in food processor
    1 large egg
    1 1/4 shredded pizza blend cheese, separated
    1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
    1/4 cup spaghetti sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 450.
In medium bowl mix together broccoli, cauliflower, egg, seasoning and 1 cup of cheese.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Form a 6" x 8" rectangle of veggie mixture on parchment.
Bake 18 minutes.
Spread spaghetti sauce on top of "pizza" and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
Cut into 12 squares.
