Garlic (lots of garlic)
1)Cook all vegetables(except-peas,onion, and tamatoes)
2)take 2 teaspoon olive oil, in pan heat it add some cuminseed, onion and peas.
3)after onions are littel soft add tamotes in it. and let it simmer for 10 min
4)add salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and 1 spoon of pav bhaji masala in it, cook for 1 min.
5)add little water cooked vegetables, let it boil, it should be like thick paste.
6)garnish it with littlw corander and raw onion.
8)perfect with any type of bread.
