WW Potato Soup




Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 16oz bag Frozen southern hashbrowns or potatoes o'brien
    4 cans fat free chicken broth
    1 pkgs McCormick Country Gravy Mix
    2 C. water

Directions

Spray pan with Pam. Saute potatoes 10 mins, stirring gently.
Add broth and bring to a boil. Prepare gravy mix according to pkg directions. Add to potatoes and broth. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
