Italian Pasta Salad

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Dressing
    1 cup fat free miracle whip
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper

    Salad
    2 cups rotini ( 5 oz)
    1 cup cucumber slices
    1 cup green/red peppers
    1/2 cup red onion

Directions

Mix all of dressing ingredients together. Store in fridge.

Cook pasta according to package directions, then rinse in cold water. Add vegetables, then mix in 3/4 of the dressing or more dependant on your liking. Top with sprinkled parmesean cheese.
