    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, great northern, 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1

Directions

SAUTE ONION, PEPPER AND GRATED CARROTS IN WARMED OIL. STIR IN CHILI POWDER, CUMIN SEEDS, RED PEPPER FLAKES, SEA SALT AND PEPPER. COVER AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES.
ADD ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS (ALL RINSED). BLEND WELL. COVER AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. REMOVE AND SERVE IMMEDIATEDLY.
