Turkey Taco Skillet (Modified Campbell's Recipe)

Introduction

Made with turkey instead of beef, no cheese, and Progresso Soup Made with turkey instead of beef, no cheese, and Progresso Soup
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 can Condensed Tomato Soup
    1/2 cup Salsa
    1/2 cup water
    6 flour tortillas (6") - cut into 1" pieces

Directions

1. Cook turkey in skillet over medium heat until well broken and fully cooked.
2. Stir soup, salsa, water, and tortillas into meat in skillet. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Stir.

Makes 4 servings.
