Introduction

Interesting dessert. Got it from my German friend! Interesting dessert. Got it from my German friend!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    I pkg Acini de Pepe
    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    3 T. flour
    1 T. Lemon Juice
    2 large can pineapple chunks in its own juice
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 small cans mandarin oranges in light/own juice
    1 cup miniature marshmellows
    1 8oz container thawed cool whip FREE

Directions

Cook Acini de Pepe according to package directions, drain. Drain pineapple and reserve liquid in a saucepan. Beat eggs, with flour and sugar, add to pineapple juice and bring to a boil, cooking until thick. Add to the Acini de Pepe and refrigerate over night or until chilled. Add the fruit (drained), marshmellows and thawed cool whip to chilled Acini mixture. Makes more than 16 servings and can be refrigerated for a week.
