Introduction

Low-fat but satisfying--not too spicy, add more spice if you like it hotter. Low-fat but satisfying--not too spicy, add more spice if you like it hotter.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 c diced onion
    16 oz ground beef, be sure to drain fat
    1 can each:
    Kidney Beans
    Diced Tomatoes with Onion (& Chile if preferred)
    Tomato Sauce
    Cumin
    California Chili Powder
    Mexican Chili Powder
    1/2 C frozen sweet corn

Directions

1. Brown ground beef with onion, and drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients to taste. I use about 1 tsp of cumin, 1/4 tsp California chili powder, and 1/2 tsp Mexican chili powder--garlic can be added to, approx 1/2 tsp.
3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
