# 2/3 cup Butter, salted
# Splenda (for baking), .5 cup
# Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
# Egg, fresh, 1 large
# Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
# *Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1.5 cup
# Baking Soda, 1 tsp (or 3/4 tsp high altitude)
# *Kosher Salt, .5 tsp
# *Chocolate Chips, Sunspire, Grain Sweetened, 1 cup
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla until incorporated.
Add flour mixture. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Add chocolate chips.
Use the Small Scoop from Pampered Chef (or any other small disher; or you could use a teaspoon) to scoop cookies onto either parchment paper or a cooking stone.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.
Cool & serve.
