Ingredients

    one packet of Sugar free Hot Chocolate
    pieces of fresh fruit

Directions

empty contents of hot chocolate packet in to a small bowl dip a piece of fresh fruit in to it with a fork and eat the fruit. Apples are my favorite but just about all fruit works.
If you really want to go that extra mile on really hot summer days if you freeze the fruit first it's a great way to cool down and get some good fruity nutrition.
