Best Chicken Salad Ever

Introduction

This is delicious on whole wheat bread, or in a pita!

For a Spicy Twist, leave out the pickles and add a minced Serrano pepper or 1 tbs of hot sauce. Makes enough for six sandwiches. (nutrition info of bread not included, everyone uses different bread)

Ingredients

    I 13 oz can chicken (369 grams)
    1/2 cup miracle whip
    1/8 cup chopped dill pickle
    2 tbs dill pickle juice
    1/4 red onion, chopped
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 tbs mustard
    1 tbs ketchup
    1 tbs colby cheese
    1 tbs mozzarella cheese

Directions

Drain and rinse the chicken (this reduces the sodium, but I don't know by how much, I do it for flavor because I don't care for salt), squish pieces with a fork or use a food processor to make the chicken into threads.

Chop the pickle (or substitute relish) and chop the red onion and slice the green onion.

Combine all ingredients into a bowl large enough to stir in and stir everything well.

Serve!
