Peanut Ginger Marinade

Introduction

This is modified from a recipe of the same name on AllRecipes.com. I eliminated the oil, and traded the regular vinegar for rice wine vinegar. A fantastic marinade for shrimp, chicken, or pork. Ingredients

    Hot Water, .5 cup
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup
    Sriracha Chili Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Rice Wine Vinegar, 2 oz
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Ginger Root, 2 tbsp grated
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp

Directions

In a large bowl, gradually stir hot water into peanut butter. Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger and ground red pepper.
