4 bonless pork chops 1/2 inch thick 1/2 cup salsa 4 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese teaspoon cumin
Brown Pork chops on both sides for about 2 minutes per side. Combine the salsa and cumin in bowl then put on top of chops, lower heat down to simmer and let cook for about 10 minutes. combine the 2 cheeses together, put on top of chops with about 2 minutes to go so it will melt on top. MMMM Good
I love this recipe. I thought it would be strange to put cream cheese on pork chops, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I will make this again and again. Thanks Jnorman for submitting this very easy and tasty recipe.
