Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    1 large onion- diced
    1 green bell pepper- diced
    3 celery stalks- diced
    1 can Campbells grilled chicken and sausage gumbo soup
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

brown the burger in a large pot
add in the diced onion, pepper, and celery
cook on medium heat for ten minutes
add can of soup, tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
cook on low heat for two hours, or until desired consistency is reached. stir occasionally. Makes 12 -1/2 cup servings.
I serve over half of a toasted hamburger bun. the bun is not included in the calories for this recipe. Enjoy!
