Ingredients

    1 lb. beef stew meat cut into small pieces
    3 cups of potatoes pealed and chopped
    1 cup bably carrots
    1 can of mushroom pieces, drained
    1 pkg. beef stew seasoning
    1 beef boullion cube

Directions

Combine all ingredents into slow cooker, cook on low 6-8 hours. Makes 6 servings
