1 cup black beans
0.5 cup Shredded Mexican CheeseMix
4 tbsp Salsa
4 Medium size corn tortillas
Whip , with mixer
Spread beans and avocado evenly on tortillas
Bake until cheese is melted, everything is warm, and tortialls have crisped
To reduce fat, reduce the amount of avocado and/or substiture low fat cheese.
I like a spicy salsa for a nice kick.
Use mini-tortillas for appetizers.
