Ingredients

    Grapeseed Oil, 2 tbsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/3 cup
    Organic Sucanat, 1/4 cup
    Brown rice syrup, 4 tbsp
    almond meal, 1/3 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1/3 cup
    Oats & Whey vanilla protein powder, 52 gram(s)
    Baking Soda, 3/4 tsp
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 1/2 cup
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Chopped Dates, 1 cup
    Cacao dark candy, 6 pieces, chopped
    Egg white, 3 tbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients through brown rice syrup. Combine almond meal, flour, baking soda, protein powder, oats, & salt. Combine liquid mixture with dry; add egg whites, vanilla & dates. Fold in cacao.
Mix well and either make tablespoon size cookies or spread into 8" square baking pan.
Bake cookies for 12 minutes; pan for 20 minutes
