broccoli cheese soup (98% fat free)
favorite cream of soup (I use 98% fat free mushroom)
6 oz egg noodles (1/2 pckg)
2 cups chopped dark meat turkey
1 cup fat free kraft shredded cheddar
1 cup frozen peas
1 Tbsp each onion & garlic powder
2tsp worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
grated parmesan (reduced fat)
Add pasta to sauce mixture. Transfer all to an 8x8 pan. Top with parmesan & heat under broiler until paresan is browned.
