Sharon's Low Fat Turkey Wraps

Introduction

Easy , quick and delicious! Easy , quick and delicious!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz Ground Turkey Breast
    2 10 oz. cans Rotel original diced tomatoes & green chilies
    1 large onion chopped
    1 large red pepper chopped
    minced garlic - to taste
    cilantro to taste
    red pepper if you want it extra spicy
    4 Flat Out Light Sundried Tomato wrap
    Makes 4 very large servings

Directions

cook turkey breast in pan with pam until done
add onion and pepper and continue to cook until soft
add Mrs. Dash Siesta Lime,cilantro,dash of red pepper if you like it hot and minced garlic and let simmer to let spices blend.
Warm wrap and add finished turkey with 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite salsa. Roll into wrap and If you like you may
Garnish with fat free sour cream and fat free cheese if you like. You must add the calories if you add the extras!!!!

  • Directions say to add Mrs. Dash Siesta Lime, but it isn't in the list of ingredients. Also, you list Rotel tomatoes & green Chilies, but they aren't mentioned in the directions. I made this with the ingredients listed, plus spinach, but without red pepper for spice, and it was very good. - 9/1/10
