1 head of gabbage chopped 1 lb. smoked sausage chopped 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 lb. ground sausage 2 cans rotel 3 cups rice 1 cup water
Brown ground beef and ground sausage, drain, place back in large pan. Cut up smoked sausage in mite size pieces, place on top of ground meat. Pour both cans of rotel over mixture and also water. Sprinkle the rice over the top of mixture. Place diced cabbage on the top. Simmer for 45 mins. Stir after that and cook additional 30 mins. stiring occasionally.
