Italian Herb Flatout Pizza

Introduction

A one serving pizza that's healthy, fast, and yummy! A one serving pizza that's healthy, fast, and yummy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Italian Herb Flatout
    1/4 c. pureed tomatoes (no salt)
    9 slices yellow summer squash
    9 slices zucchini
    4 thin slices onion
    Green pepper strips
    One sliced plum tomato
    1/2 tsp oregano
    Kraft shredded fat free cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Spread 1/4 c. unsalted pureed tomatoes over flatout. Sprinkle "sauce" with oregano and parmesan cheese. Top with green pepper, squash, zucchini, onion, tomato, and sprinkle with shredded fat free cheese.
"Toast" in oven approx. 10 minutes until cheese melts.

    Just so you know, the sodium calculation is incorrect- i use unsalted tomato puree, wasn't able to find it here!!!
