Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients



    * *Xanthan Gum, .5 tsp
    * Guar Gum, 0.5 tsp
    * Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 2 cups
    * Corn Starch 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix corn starch and almond milk, blend well. Heat over stove slowly on medium high heat until it just starts to boil. Remove.
Add in both gums, blend well again. Refrigerate.

Add in splenda or other sweeteners, fruit, etc to taste. Enjoy!
