Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 750 grams (remove)
    chicken curry paste (India kitchen brand), 100 gram(s) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    Light Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces. In a skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in olive oil. Add curry paste and 350 ml water. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until chicken is tender and required consistency. Add cream and stir. Garnish with cilantro.
