  • My fiance and I loved these pancakes! It's the perfect amount of chocolate and fruit. I really love the way the banana adds a little extra texture and gets all gooey when you cook it. Will definitely cook this again. - 5/14/11

  • Very easy and delicious! I used 3 T applesauce instead of the oil and used egg substitute in place of the egg! Hubby loved them! By making these changes the cholesterol is lowered and that is what I try to keep track of for him. Thanks for a great recipe! - 11/15/08
