1 pkg. McCormick Seasoing Mix (for Chicken Tacos).
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boeless chicken breasts, cut into cubes or strips.
1/2 cup water.
8 taco shells or flour tortillas.
2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water.
3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm taco shells. Serve with toppings as desired.
Toppings: Shredded Lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa or guacamole.
