1 lb lean beef or chicken or alternate protein, cubed (use scissors to cut )

2 stalks green onions, snipped into small pieces
4 cups raw cabbage, shredded or chopped bite size pieces
1 cup raw cauliflower florets, chopped bite size
1 cup raw brocolli florets, chopped bite size
1 cup string beans, chopped bite size (don't forget scissors)

Directions

1. prepare all ingredients
2. heat oil in pan
3. add protein and start stir frying in large wok, or fry pan (cook completely)
4. add in order, green onions, garlic, cabbage, cauliflower, string beans, brocolli
5. continue to stir ingredients until desired tenderness is reached.
It takes a little experience to determine when to add the next veg, brocolli needs very little cooking
Experiment using a variety of veg, meat, seasonings. Always good, always different.
Its been one of my staple dinner for years.
