4 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped and steamed
4 chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1 can campbells broccoli cheese soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dice and cook the chicken in a hot pan until no longer pink.
Chop and steam broccoli.
Mix cooked rice, cooked chicken and steamed broccoli in a large bowl. Add can of soup and half of the cheese. Spread into a greased 9X13 inch baking pan (I use Pam). Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 325 until cheese is melted.
