Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

4 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped and steamed
4 chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1 can campbells broccoli cheese soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook the rice according to package directions. (I use Mahatma Brown rice, cooks for approximately 45 minutes. You can use instant rice, too.)
Dice and cook the chicken in a hot pan until no longer pink.
Chop and steam broccoli.
Mix cooked rice, cooked chicken and steamed broccoli in a large bowl. Add can of soup and half of the cheese. Spread into a greased 9X13 inch baking pan (I use Pam). Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 325 until cheese is melted.
