Introduction

I used a crock pot for this recipe and you can add carrots, grean beans or other veg. that you enjoy. This recipe will make enough for 12-15 of 1 to 1.5 cups per serving. Ingredients

    4 4oz Chicken Breasts
    1 lb or Turkey Sausage
    15 Bean Soup Mix
    32 oz Chicken Broth
    10 oz Can of Cream of Mushroom
    1/2 large yellow onion sauted in olive oil and some butter
    1 can of Diced tomatoes
    3 cloves of pressed Garlic, add oregano, bay leafs, pepper, parsley, etc to taste
    add water to cover ingredients.

Directions

Put this in a crockpot for four hours on high or longer on low and i think it makes 12-15 servings of 1to 1.5 cups
